# CampKeeper

> CampKeeper is an iPhone and iPad app for deer leases and hunting clubs, and a deer hunting log for solo hunters. It runs stand reservations, live check-ins, the harvest log, club dues and the landowner report, and (from version 1.1) makes 15-second hunt reels from a harvest. The app is a free download; the Club plan is $119.99 per year for the whole club and members join free.

## Who it is for

- Admins of deer leases, QDM clubs and hunting camps (typically 5–20 members) who coordinate stands, dues and the landowner.
- Club members, who join free with an invite link or code.
- Solo hunters who want a private deer hunting log (solo mode, version 1.1).

## Features

- Stand reservations: a weekly grid of every stand, morning and evening slots, with club rules enforced (max active bookings, how far ahead booking opens, same-stand streak limits).
- Check-ins: one-tap check-in and check-out; a live "on the property now" board; guests check in from a QR code at the gate without installing the app; forgotten check-ins close automatically overnight.
- Harvest log: species, points, weight, age, weapon, stand and photos; club feed with likes and comments; season stats including buck-to-doe ratio and doe quota.
- Club dues: season amount in one or two installments, paid / partial / unpaid, one-tap reminders. No money moves through the app; the club's Venmo handle is shown.
- Landowner report: a one-tap PDF with the harvest table, buck:doe, work-day hours and rule sign-offs.
- Property map: draw the lease boundary, pin stands, feeders, cameras, gates and food plots; offline maps (version 1.1).
- Hunt reels (version 1.1): a 15-second vertical video built on the phone from a harvest's photos, stats and the stand on the map. Nothing is uploaded; the map can be switched off.
- Solo mode (version 1.1): log hunts and make reels without a club; data stays on the phone.

- Free: download, and clubs of up to 3 members (map with 3 pins, reservations, check-ins, harvest log).
- Club: $119.99 per year per club, auto-renewing through Apple; unlimited members, pins and photos, rules, dues, guest QR, landowner report, hunt reels. Paid by the admin; members never pay.
- Solo hunters (version 1.1): single hunt reel unlock, or Hunter Lifetime (one-time purchase) for unlimited reels.

## Privacy

- Location is used only to place map pins and check into a stand; no live location tracking or sharing.
- Club data is visible only to that club's members. Solo-mode data stays on the device.
