Deer hunting log · Hunting club & lease app

Run your deer camp from your pocket.

Stand reservations, live check-ins, club dues, the harvest log, the landowner report and 15-second hunt reels. One app for the whole lease.

Forty-message group texts. A spreadsheet nobody updates. A landowner asking questions you can't answer. Retire all of it.

iPhone and iPad · Free for up to 3 members · Members always join free

Thirty seconds, recorded in the app.

"Who's in what stand this weekend?" Asked for the last time.

Built for Southern deer leases and QDM hunting clubs
What it does

Everything your club argues about, handled.

Every screen below is the real app on a real club's data. No mockups.

01 Hunt reels Coming in 1.1

Your buck, cut into a fifteen-second reel.

Pick a harvest and CampKeeper builds a vertical video: your photos, the points and weight, and the stand on your property map. Made on your phone. Nothing is uploaded.

  • Share it to the group chat or save it to Photos.
  • Switch the map off if you'd rather keep your spot to yourself.
  • Every harvest on the Club plan; single reels for everyone else.

02 Stand bookings

Who's in what stand. Settled.

A weekly grid of every stand, morning and evening. Your club's rules are built in, so the app is the bad guy, not you.

  • Max active bookings per member.
  • How far out booking opens.
  • Same-stand streak limits, enforced before the argument starts.
The Book screen: a weekly reservation grid for Creek Blind, North Ridge, Oak Flat and Powerline stands
03 Live check-ins

Know who's on the property.

One tap in, one tap out. The camp screen shows who's hunting where, right now, and forgotten check-ins close themselves overnight.

  • Guests check in from a QR code at the gate. No app install.
  • Today's reservations and season dues on the same screen.
  • Check-in points only. CampKeeper never tracks live location.

04 Deer hunting log

Every harvest, logged forever.

Species, points, weight, age, weapon, photos. The stand fills itself in from your check-in. The feed is your camp's story; the stats screen is your QDM scoreboard.

  • Buck-to-doe ratio and doe quota progress by season.
  • Likes and comments, inside the club only.
  • Harvests by stand, so you know where the deer are.

05 Club dues

Dues without the awkward texts.

Set the season amount, in one or two installments. Mark paid, partial or unpaid. Send a one-tap nudge instead of calling your buddy out in the group chat.

  • Your Venmo shows right where members owe.
  • Money never moves through CampKeeper. You collect the way you always have.

06 Landowner report

The renewal talk, already won.

One tap builds a clean PDF: harvest table, buck-to-doe, work-day hours, rule sign-offs and your club logo. Send it from Mail or iMessage.

  • Rulebook with member acknowledgments, proof when it matters.
  • Work days with RSVPs and logged hours that roll into the report.

07 Property map Offline in 1.1

Your lease, mapped. Signal or not.

Draw the boundary with your finger. Pin stands, feeders, cameras, gates and food plots. Download the map at home and it's there in the woods.

  • Check-ins and harvests save on the phone and sync when you're back in range.
  • Season dates loaded for all fifty states, editable to match your zone.

08 Hunting solo Coming in 1.1

No club? Log it anyway.

Map your spot, log every harvest and make reels, all kept on your phone. Start or join a club whenever you're ready.

Questions

Before you ask the group chat.

What is CampKeeper?

CampKeeper is an iPhone app for deer leases and hunting clubs. It handles stand reservations, check-ins, the harvest log, club dues and the landowner report in one place, and it works as a personal deer hunting log for hunters without a club.

How much does CampKeeper cost?

The app is a free download and clubs are free for up to 3 members. The Club plan is $119.99 per year for the whole club: the admin pays and every member joins free.

Do club members have to pay?

No. Members always join free. Only the club admin pays for the Club plan.

Does CampKeeper work without cell service?

Yes. Check-ins and harvests save on the phone and sync when signal returns, and version 1.1 adds offline property maps you download before you leave the house.

What is a hunt reel?

A hunt reel is a 15-second vertical video CampKeeper builds from a harvest: your photos, the points and weight, and the stand on your property map. It is made on the phone, nothing is uploaded, and you can share it to the group chat or save it to Photos. Hunt reels arrive with version 1.1.

Can I use CampKeeper without a hunting club?

Yes, from version 1.1. Solo mode lets you map your spot, log every harvest and make reels, with everything kept on your phone. You can start or join a club later.

Does CampKeeper track my location?

No. Location is used only to place map pins and to check into a stand. CampKeeper never tracks or shares live location.

Does money for dues go through CampKeeper?

No. CampKeeper is a record of who paid. Members pay the way they always have, and the club's Venmo handle shows where members owe.

Deer season opens whether you're organized or not.

This year, be organized.
